Our Health, Fitness, & Education members!

As a Wellness Coach my role is to help people develop healthier lifestyles. For many years I serviced the Inland Empire residents thru personal or group coaching and education (i.e., wellness evaluation, nutrition for health and weight loss, 12 Weeks Weight Loss Challenge, etc), taught them how to understand their own body limitations (thru complete body analysis and composition - Shapescan), their needs in food and supplementation (personalized program), and how to sustain their results and eating habits to create lifelong wellness. I also developed strategic business collaborations with community partners to enable my clients to have access to complete Wellness Services.

I successfully introduced the 12-week Weight Loss Challenge in the Inland Empire, and the classes are going strong, and so far I've been able to develop only losers (in lbs., inches, and % of body Fat), but big winners in life. The current locations are Fontana, Redlands, and Ontario (more to come soon).

Call to found out more on how I can assist you further with your needs.

Dianne Sceranka, RN

I have been a Registered Nurse since 1982, I graduated from LAC-USC Medical Center School of Nursing. I spent the first 15 years of my Nursing career working in the Private sector, Labor and Delivery was my specialty. In March of 2000 I made a career change to the Ambulatory Care side of Nursing and started working for the County of San Bernardino in their Outpatient Clinics. Last year I accepted a position with the County working on a special project creating Healthcare Centers that have Behavioral Health, Public Health, and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center providing services in a collaborative, coordinated, seamless network of care that treats the whole patient by providing whatever services the patient needs in one location. I am very interested in working on the Healthy Communities Project and think that Healthy Redlands will have some great outcomes.

Katherine “Kat” Davis

Owner and Trainer of KATz Outdoor Fitness Inc.
KATz Outdoor Fitness has two main programs: Redlands Adventure Boot Camp and Inland Empire Zumba.

Redlands Adventure Boot Camp for Women is the perfect program for today’s busy women. It is program that brings positive results not just for the body and health but for the total overall wellness - mind, body and soul, plus a social aspect to it – the camaraderie among the women brings a sense of community.

Zumba Fitness (now a world wide phenomenon) was brought to the Inland Empire by Kat in 2007. Zumba is a hot and spicy latin-inspired dance workout class where participants can just be themselves and be moved by the energizing and upbeat music as they sweat their inches and stress away. It is a workout in disguise - what other exercise class will you find the participants clapping after segments?

KATz programs are challenging, yet motivating and fun. In our world today EXERCISE IS NOT A CHOICE anymore, IT IS A MUST and when people have fun working out they will stick with the program therefore get results. “I’ve seen many transformations – this is why I do what I do.”

“I am a generous giver of myself, my time and my talents. I feel very blessed to have found my life’s purpose - the passion of helping and making a difference – one person at a time. I am very involved in different communities; it is my way of giving back and sharing the blessings to those who are less fortunate.”

Kat also runs the Healthy Fontana Health & Fitness Boot Camp held every Saturday in Fontana. KATz Outdoor Fitness programs have been featured on CNN, the Sun Newspaper, the Daily Bulletin, and Inland Living Magazine.
